Company Introduction

Gulf energy is one of the largest Generator, lift, air-condition & Sub-Station supplier & manufacturer companies in Bangladesh. Our company has five branches in the major city over the country. GEL has full shop service capabilities staffed with technicians that can service most industrial engines.

Company History

Gulf energy limited is a Diesel and Gas based Generator Company dedicated to sales various affluence brand products including Perkins, Mercedes-Benz, Denyo, Cummins and doosan engine powered generator, Fuji, Movi and lefang elevator. The company was formed in 2001 and currently has 100 employees. The company’s management team consists of experienced marketing, distribution, accounts, finance, service and IT personnel who have worked together in the past.

Organization Structure

To achieve our corporate objectives, we must have an efficient organizational structure that ensures the greatest possible proximity to markets and customers, a high degree of flexibility and entrepreneurial potential.
The structure of Gel is five operative units:
1. Administration & Accounts Department.
2. Human Recourses Department.
3. Sales & Marketing Department.
4. Engineering & Customer Service Department.
5. Information Technology and Logistics

Administration & Accounts Department:

The Gel accounts and administration department consists of, by skill and well experienced key personnel including Chartered Accountants, Cost and Management Accounts, IBA and so on.
The company’s keeps up their accounts under GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principle) principle and follows respected IAS (International Accounting Standard). The GEL had arranged training, workshops for strive their administrative work.

Human Recourses Department

Human resources Department is the owner of processes such as:
Coordination and formulation of enterprise-wide human resources policies and issue Provision of efficient tools for personnel recruiting, training and development Provision of personnel management support to senior executives, including handling all matters concerning labor law

Sales & Marketing Department

The sales organization has the task of ensuring maximum market coverage with optimum Generator Industries. It is directed by Corporate Sales, Branch Sales whose management reports to the Management Board and includes the business administration function. The regional sales units are organized as corporate sales department of companies. Each sales unit is headed by a general manager, who is assisted by a assistant general manager. The managers of the sales units report to the head of Corporate Sales. Sales resources are assigned in consultation with the department. for our customers, they are the major point of contact, offering advice on all business covered by the company.

Customer Service Department

We have rounded the clock service. Our technician will attend your complain within three hours in Dhaka city, Chittagong city and Sylhet city. Other cities may require about 24 hour’s time.

Information Technology and Logistics

Information Technology and Logistics (ITL) is the process owner for issues such as: Definition of centralized and cross-divisional logistics processes and their translation into business processes Operation and ongoing development of central IT systems Information security and data protection

Plant location of Sub-station

GULF ENERGY LTD is the prime Sub Station supplier companies in Bangladesh. We are achieving some big projects in the tiny part of Bangladesh to till date. GEL sub-station plant has situated at Savar.

Recent commencing new trend of business line

The company has intended to diversify their business, so they have inserted new business line including Gulf Properties Ltd. (GPL), and Gulf Solar Energy (GSE). The GPL is Real estate Construction Company, involved in developing residential and commercial project. The GPL is trading concerns which involved in import titles to different countries and make it sales by sales personnel.
